Timeframe
• The work commissioned will be completed within the booked slot, with the exception of major edits.
• My prices are item-based rather than time-based as complexity & edits can cause delays.
• If am unable to complete the work due to unforeseeable circumstances, I will provide the work completed so far, and either inform of delays or refund the incomplete work (Not the whole project, but the incomplete items).
Communication
• Will be over Discord.
• If others will have creative input, I will also need to be in direct contact with them. E.g if a parent/guardian is paying for the model and wishes to have a say, they need to have their own account and join a group chat. This is so that I have a clear understanding and record of who I am speaking to, and to prevent misunderstandings.

Retextures & Revamps
• If you would like me to use an earlier version of your model as a base, please send the .vroid file upfront, so that I can check it for any potential issues or extra changes needed.
Edits
• Edits are defined as tweaks & fixes. Larger edits are available only on the first 2 days of a project, before I add detail to textures.
• If you're not 100% sure about your design, please consider hiring an artist first, to help you create an accurate reference sheet. This should be near identical to what you would like the final model to look like. Edits in 2D art take 10x less time than in 3D, so it's best to request them of the 2D artist where possible. I can make some changes so long as these are communicated in clear instructions.
Streams
• You have the option to say no to me live-streaming your work, but I will still stream. This is not time that I charge for (my prices aren't time-based), as I need to prioritise being entertaining on stream, so any time I spend working on your project on stream is free bonus time.
• I will shoutout your channel and tag you when I'm promoting these streams. If you do not wish to have your project streamed, please let me know before signing this form.
Rights
• I hold all the rights to the work, and only I may assign usage rights. Commercial use is included in the base price, but for additional uses such as within mature content, or violent acts, please request this before completing the booking.
Payment
• Payment must be made before you reach the top of the wait list or you may be pushed down a few slots. I will send a reminder via discord when you near the top of the list.
• My fees include 2 rounds of edits. I will let you know when I need edits and what to look for, as it relies on which software I'm using. Extra edits will take longer, cost extra and require an extra booking. If I don't hear from you within 1 day of requesting edits, I will consider the work acceptable and no further changes will be permitted.
• If you wish to cancel a commission that has been partially completed, you must pay a kill fee of 50% of the total fee quoted, and you will not receive the work. If the work has been completed, you must pay the full amount, and I'll send you the completed work.
Breach
• Anyone being purposefully rude or abusive, or breaching the terms and conditions will have their commission cancelled and no refunds issued.
